VIDEO RECAP: WEEK 29
This week features one of the videos that I’m most proud to have created over the past seven months. It’s a five minute documentary on the history of the Tower in Ruffepeyre, which is where I’ve been staying in southern France.
I’m also really proud of the “Safety Video.” Because my acting skills have never been so on point.

[JULY 18] There are many types of work to be done here in Ruffepeyre. Finding appropriate rocks for various building projects is one of them. This is Chip’s new technique for stone searching.

[JULY 19] Nico talks about laying stone. And using his brain. But I try to avoid that.

[JULY 20] Plum pie is not as difficult as it looks. In fact, I’ll show you how to make it, with the help of a real French woman, the beautiful Caro.

[JULY 21] Reading is hard. But choosing a book doesn’t have to be. That’s why it’s important to be a member of The Baylis Bookclub. This month we’re in France, and we’ll have a choice between two French classics.

[JULY 22] Ruffepeyre is a small town in the south of France. It is home to one of the most unique architectural relics of the region – a tower that was constructed in the thirteenth century. The building is currently owned by Nicolas Revel. In this clip, he shares a bit of the history of the region and the tower.

[JULY 23] A worksite can be a dangerous place. But thankfully safety is the number one priority in Ruffepeyre.

[JULY 24] Nico takes a couple of minutes to answer some questions about the HelpX program at “MoMo.” What projects are happening? What type of people are required? Are y’all just a bunch of hippies?
