Here are the highlights from my last few days in Israel, lunch in Jordan and my arrival to India!
For my final full week in Israel, I headed over to Nazareth, partially because I wanted to walk the same ancient corridors of Jesus, but also because I had heard fab reviews of a 200 year-old old Arab mansion turned guesthouse called The Fauzi Azar Inn. And despite being called a loser by a giant billboard, I [...]
I said ‘au revoir’ to the goat farm this week so that I could meet with friends. I learned how to say “cheers” in Hebrew, the realities of working for an NGO in Palestine and where Israeli pop stars like to hang out in Tel Aviv. I also was blessed with a new family member. [...]
When I look back over the videos of the past week on a goat farm in Galilee, I see… well… a lot of goats. But fear not, there are also puppies. And frogs. And books. What more could a person ask for?
My first full week in Israel brought a quick stop over (and a stunning sunset) in Tel Aviv, and then out to the goat farm. It was here I learned all about the mating habits of male goats. Very insightful.
With two “Gear Reviews” and a “Talk Back,” this week features a lot of… well… me. But if you’re sick of seeing my ugly mug, don’t miss the great quotes from Edinburgh’s Writing Museum or my daring exposé of a REAL German airport. *gasp*

I can’t get over the fact that a drunk Scotsman helped himself to my haggis. It was amazing. But, heck, maybe that’s culturally appropriate here? See my haggis ordeal, as well as the other six fun videos that comprised my week in Scotland!
Sometimes we might get caught up in our own lives and forget that humans are indeed, like, totally awesome. To elaborate on this bold statement, I have provided some supporting evidence in the form of a video that displays a man named Danny MacAskill, and his crazy wicked skills riding a bike.
This week I got a wee little care package from home, I ate some fish n’ chips and chatted with a birthday boy. And then cried like a lassie at the Dolly Parton concert. Aye.
My second week in Scotland was just as busy as the first. It turns out that volunteering for the Fringe will require 98% of one’s waking life. So I opted to find inspiration around the office…
The first week of volunteering in the Press Office for Pleasance is supposedly the busiest. And it was a bit hectic. But I still found time to put the camera in peoples faces.
