Dear Family and Friends, Picture this. It’s 2 AM. You’re sitting on a broken down bus in the middle of the Laotian countryside. Despite attempts by an on-board ‘mechanic’ to get the wheels back in motion, the bus hasn’t moved in the past three hours.
